By accessing, registering with, or using the 202 pub platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. This acceptance occurs upon:

• Clicking "I Accept" or any equivalent confirmation during the account registration process on 202 pub;
• Accessing or browsing any portion of the 202 pub website or mobile application;
• Placing a wager, making a deposit, or claiming a bonus on the 202 pub platform; or
• Logging in to an existing 202 pub account after any amendment to these Terms has been posted.

These Terms are enforceable under Philippine law. Players who are not comfortable with any provision herein are advised to refrain from using the 202 pub platform and to contact our support team to request account closure.

Access to and use of the 202 pub platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the 202 pub platform. This requirement reflects Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory standards governing online gaming activities.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Not a PAGCOR-Excluded Person: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or 202 pub.

To access real-money gaming features on 202 pub, you must register an account and successfully complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one (1) account on 202 pub. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, complete, and accurate information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and Philippine address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC Documents: Prior to processing withdrawal requests or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, 202 pub will require you to submit valid government-issued identification documents. • Verification Timeline: Standard KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours of document submission. 202 pub reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• Proof of Payment Method: You may be required to provide evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account bearing your registered name).

Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of fraudulent documentation will result in suspension or permanent closure of the 202 pub account, withholding of withdrawal requests, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where legally required.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 202 pub account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your account login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your 202 pub account on your behalf.
• You must notify 202 pub support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified 202 pub of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

202 pub strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 202 pub will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from 202 pub that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

5.1 Deposits. All deposits to your 202 pub account must be made through officially supported payment channels, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). All transactions on 202 pub are processed exclusively in PHP. 202 pub does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered under your verified name that matches your 202 pub KYC records. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timelines are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Standard processing: 1–3 business hours for GCash and Maya
• Bank transfer processing: 1–3 business days
• VIP-tier members receive priority processing as described in the VIP program terms

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering. 202 pub is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. We reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML review, request source-of-funds documentation, and report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

202 pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiple will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. One bonus may not be combined with another unless explicitly stated.
• Abuse Prevention: 202 pub reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting games with low house edge to meet wagering requirements, coordinated wagering with other accounts, or any form of artificial wagering patterns.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds will be removed from accounts upon expiry. Expiry periods will be clearly stated in individual promotion terms.

All games available on the 202 pub platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers. The following terms govern gameplay:

• RNG Certification: All non-live casino games use independently certified Random Number Generators. Results are mathematically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by 202 pub or any player.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are conducted by human dealers via real-time video stream. The physical dealing of cards and spinning of wheels determines outcomes; 202 pub cannot influence the outcome of live dealer games.
• Technical Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. Winnings accumulated during a malfunctioning session may be voided pending review.
• Disputed Game Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, 202 pub's records shall constitute the primary evidence of the game outcome. Players may raise disputes within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event.
• Jurisdiction-Specific Restrictions: Certain game titles may not be available to players based on geographic location due to restrictions imposed by game providers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 202 pub platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to Philippine law enforcement agencies:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of any other person without their explicit written consent
• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion
• Collusion with other players or dealers to defraud 202 pub or other players
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched wagering using bonus funds, and exploitation of promotional loopholes
• Attempting to launder money through the 202 pub platform in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymizing tool to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in harassment, abusive behavior, or threatening communications directed at 202 pub staff or other players
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identification documents during the KYC process
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes against legitimate 202 pub transactions

202 pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with our full Responsible Gaming Policy:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may activate session time reminders and maximum session duration limits via account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily self-exclude from 202 pub for a period of their choosing, ranging from thirty (30) days to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, no new account may be opened, and access to the platform will be blocked.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable pop-up reality check reminders at intervals of 30, 60, or 90 minutes during active gaming sessions.

All content on the 202 pub platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, audio, video, user interface elements, and the 202 pub brand name and logo, is the exclusive property of 202 pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 202 pub platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of any 202 pub content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used by the 202 pub platform
• Use the 202 pub name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without prior written authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the 202 pub platform without written permission

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 202 pub shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own decisions to wager on the platform
• Losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Losses caused by technical failures, network interruptions, or server downtime beyond 202 pub's reasonable control
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of data resulting from technical malfunctions, except where such loss is directly caused by 202 pub's gross negligence
• Actions of third-party service providers, including payment processors, game providers, and telecommunications companies

In circumstances where 202 pub is found liable, its maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 By 202 pub. 202 pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, receipt of a chargeback, or as required by a regulatory authority or court order. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited.

12.2 By the Player. You may request closure of your 202 pub account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be satisfied and any active self-exclusion periods will be noted. Remaining verified balances will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to AML compliance review.

12.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. A dormant account maintenance fee may apply as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of 202 pub, the following resolution process applies:

1. First Contact: Contact 202 pub customer support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Provide a clear description of the issue, the relevant date and time, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs). Support will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by front-line support within five (5) business days, you may request escalation to the 202 pub Disputes Team. A written response will be provided within ten (10) business days.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following the internal resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through their official channels.

Players agree not to pursue legal proceedings against 202 pub before exhausting the internal dispute resolution process described above.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

• Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter)
• Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended
• Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012)
• Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012)
• Other applicable Philippine statutes and regulations

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to 202 pub's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

202 pub reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be made effective by posting the revised Terms on the 202 pub website at 202pub.lat/terms-conditions with an updated effective date.

For material changes to these Terms, 202 pub will endeavor to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification where practicable. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 202 pub platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
